Double span steel construction factory building in Thailand

ZONBUILT has successfully completed the steel structure industrial plant project designed for a Thai client. The factory building adopts the efficient and practical double-span double-slope roof design, and the two-span continuous structure creates a flexible space without columns, which significantly improves the efficiency of internal operation. The main structure is made of high-strength H-shaped steel beam and column system, and the precise node connection process ensures the structural stability while realising fast assembly. The roofing system adopts weather-resistant colour steel pressure plate enclosure, and the double-slope shape with scientific drainage design effectively adapts to the rainy climate of Thailand. The project as a whole demonstrates the mature application of China’s steel structure technology, and provides a model solution for industrial buildings in Southeast Asia with both economy and reliability.
